Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using ATS VIP Travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ATS VIP Travel provides luxury transportation and concierge services including:

  • Airport transfers and meet & greet services
  • Private chauffeur services
  • VIP Fast Track airport assistance
  • Yacht charters on the Bosphorus
  • Private tours and experiences
  • Jet and helicopter charter arrangements

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from ATS VIP Travel via email or WhatsApp.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Airport transfers: Full payment required at time of booking
  • Chauffeur services: 50% deposit required, balance due before service
  • Yacht charters: 50% deposit required, balance due 48 hours before charter
  • Private tours: Full payment required 24 hours before tour

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and cash payment. Corporate accounts with monthly billing are available upon approval.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Ground Transportation

  • More than 24 hours before service: Full refund
  • 12-24 hours before service: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours or no-show: No refund

4.2 Yacht Charters

  • More than 7 days before charter: Full refund minus 10% admin fee
  • 3-7 days before charter: 50% refund
  • Less than 72 hours: No refund

4.3 Private Tours

  • More than 48 hours before tour: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before tour: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

4.4 Weather Conditions

For yacht charters cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions (determined at our sole discretion), you may reschedule to an alternative date or receive a full refund.

5. Modifications

Booking modifications are subject to availability. Changes requested within 24 hours of service may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible for any changes.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information including flight details
  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location
  • Comply with all local laws and regulations
  • Treat vehicles, vessels, and staff with respect
  • Not smoke in vehicles (unless specifically permitted)
  • Notify us of any special requirements in advance

7. Waiting Time

7.1 Airport Pickups

We monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly. Complimentary waiting time:

  • Domestic flights: 45 minutes from landing
  • International flights: 60 minutes from landing

Additional waiting time may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

7.2 Non-Airport Pickups

15 minutes complimentary waiting time. After this period, waiting charges apply.

8. Liability

8.1 Our Liability

ATS VIP Travel's liability is limited to the value of the service booked. We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Missed flights due to late pickup requests
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles/vessels
  • Indirect or consequential losses

8.2 Insurance

All our vehicles and vessels carry comprehensive insurance. Passengers are covered for personal injury. We recommend clients maintain their own travel insurance.

9. Yacht Charter Specific Terms

  • Maximum capacity must be respected for safety reasons
  • The Captain has final authority on all safety matters
  • Swimming is at your own risk
  • Any damage caused by guests will be charged to the booking party
  • Catering requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of ATS VIP Travel and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
